昨日は2件のお客さまのところに訪問させていただきました。
うち一件ですが、パソコンが急にフリーズしてしまった現象のというご相談でした。そのときにエラーコードが表示されており、調べてみたところ原因は多岐にわたるものでした。
ご訪問させていただいたときは、問題なく動作してましたが、そのパソコンを使って仕事をするにはリスクがありました。
お客様でもパソコンを使用するお仕事をお持ちだったため、お客様のお仕事の状況、ITインフラの状況などを考えた上で問題に対する対応策を提案させていただきました。
今回は「IT自体の問題の解決」ではなく、今回のIT問題の中で「スムーズに仕事を継続していく」には、どうすればよい？というところを提案させていただき、お客さまにも喜んでいただけました。
度々あるのですが、お客様とIT以外の話で談笑させていただき、とても楽しく事務所に戻りました。
